TBT’s Kinesiology tape is a thin, stretchy, lightweight, elastic cotton strip with a wave shape hypoallergenic adhesive. Kinesiology tape is almost identical to human skin in both thickness and elasticity, with stretch capability up to 160%,  which allows kinesio tape to be worn without binding, constricting or restriction of your movement.

Kinesiology tape can benefit a wide variety of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, plus inflammatory conditions which can lead to a decrease in rehabilitation times.

TBT Kinesiology Tape won’t fall off during competition, strenuous exercise or with excessive sweating. It is water resistant and can stay on for more than 3 days. It is also latex free to minimise irritation to the skin when left on for prolonged periods of time.
